Dispatch + delivery

During an announced break, secure checkout is paused until the date shown on the shop page.

Canada: $6 flat shipping under $100. Free shipping over $100. Ships within three business days by untracked oversized lettermail within Canada.

Changes + cancellations

Please email as soon as possible. An order can be changed or cancelled only before it has been dispatched. An approved cancellation is refunded to the original payment method.

Final sale

Correctly fulfilled fixed card sets are final sale. They cannot be returned or exchanged because of a change of mind.

Damaged or incorrect order

Contact us within seven days of delivery with the order email or reference, a short description, and a clear photo. Babincho will arrange a replacement or a refund for the affected items.

An untracked order has not arrived

Canadian card sets travel by untracked oversized lettermail. If an order has not arrived 15 business days after its dispatch email, contact us. Babincho will provide one replacement shipment or a refund to the original payment method.

If we cannot fulfill an order

If Babincho cannot fulfill a paid order, the full amount is refunded to the original payment method and we will email you.

Payment + privacy

Stripe securely processes online payment and collects the contact, payment, and shipping information needed for Checkout. Babincho receives the order and delivery details needed to fulfill the order, but not your full card number.

We use order and inquiry information to fulfill your order, provide support, and keep required business records. Email inquiries are handled through our email provider. Please do not include card details or other sensitive information in an order note or email.
